The Society of Petroleum Engineers, a global professional group of oil and gas sector engineers, has appointed the Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Oil Marketing Companies (AOMC) in the Republic of Ghana, Dr Riverson Oppong, as the Africa Regional Director.
