The Volta River Authority (VRA) has completed a 6.85MW solar power park in Lawra in the Upper West Region of the Republic of Ghana.

The President of the Republic of Ghana, H. E Nana Akufo-Addo is expected to commission the project on Saturday, October 10, 2020.

The Lawra solar park is the first phase of the 17MW solar park being constructed by Ghana’s largest power generation company, Volta River Authority (VRA), in the Upper West Region.
