Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema has appointed Professor Ephraim Kabunda Munshifwa as the new Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Energy.
Professor Munshifwa took the oath of office during a ceremony held at State House.
The President extended his congratulations to the new Permanent Secretary and expressed his best wishes for success in the role.
Also present at the swearing-in ceremony were the Minister of Energy, Hon. Makozo Chikote, MP, and Eng. Arnold Simwaba, Permanent Secretary for Electricity at the Ministry of Energy.
