The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has cautioned motorists not to engage in panic buying of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) also known as petrol, assuring of normalcy in the supply of petroleum products.

Kennie Obateru, the Group General Manager, Group Public Affairs Division, who gave the caution in an interview with News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja on Monday said the long queues currently being experienced were due to the curfew imposed in some states over the EndSARS protests.

Mr Obateru said that the curfew affected the free movement of vehicles for the supply of products, but assured of normalcy in a couple of days.
